How the Rapid CI Journey Began
The journey to Rapid CI began with a tension we, as Lean Six Sigma professionals, could no longer ignore.
We know Continuous Improvement works. Lean and Six Sigma, when applied well, deliver real results. But reaching the finish line often felt painfully slow.
Our “aha” moment came during our in-depth training in generative AI. We quickly realized how routine, administrative, and analytical tasks—like documentation, data analysis, and reporting—were clogging the path to business improvement. Removing those bottlenecks wasn’t just helpful—it was transformative.!
We began engaging more deeply with teams, coaching them even more effectively, and tackling complex issues with greater clarity. The work became more energizing. Improvements came faster, and the results were more meaningful.
With every client engagement, we see just how powerful the synergy between Lean Six Sigma expertise and generative AI is.
