She brings deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma, KPI development, and cross-functional problem-solving across service and manufacturing environments. Known for her practical approach and ability to drive lasting change, Nathalie develops strong partnerships with teams to build systems that align with strategic goals and deliver real organizational results.
She holds an MBA, a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, and multiple quality and process improvement certifications.
Michael St. Mars, MIS

Michael is a digital transformation leader with 15+ years of experience driving complex digital transformations across industries - from global manufacturing and supply chain to government contracting and federal compliance. Michael specialize in designing and executing large-scale business solutions with modern technology platforms like AI, ML, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), federally compliant systems integrations, IT systems and devices, cybersecurity, and information assurance.
I work to bridge the gap between business operations and technical execution. Whether I’m working with executive leadership or frontline technicians, I bring clarity, structure, and forward-thinking strategy to every project.
